Bill Rascher Mechanical will remain open and operational with all appropriate measures in place. We have put into action our company emergency preparedness plan with the appropriate modifications to deal with the current COVID-19 situation. We have made these decisions based on the most current recommendations from the CDC and are following their guidelines. Understanding that things are evolving and changing daily, we are making every attempt to stay current with the safest business practices.

Our customers safety and health are most important. Which is why we have always believed in the American plumbers’ motto of “Protecting the health of our nation”. We take our presence in your home or place of business very seriously and are sensitive to your concerns.

If you have a plumbing or heating issue please contact us! We are happy to provide service to you. We are an Essential Service during the Stay at Home order here in Minnesota. We have necessary precautions in place to provide safe service. We are also available to discuss upcoming spring/summer service & projects and schedule ahead on the calendar to be sure we can accommodate your needs at a later date.

Appropriate measures have been put into place to create the proper social distancing recommended by the CDC. While some occupations can work remotely from home, in home service or project based work we do cannot be done remotely. When you have plumbing, heating or cooling needs, we need to come to you. Social distancing cannot apply to those situations very well. Rest assured, when any of our workers come to your home or work location, they will be prepared.

Actions we have set in place include the following…

• At your locations, our workers will be prepared to use face masks, rubber gloves, and disinfecting wipes as needed.
• At our location, we are cleaning and sanitizing often. Requiring everyone to wash hands and items in our environment frequently is important to stay ahead of this issue at hand.
•  Only employees that are 100% healthy are reporting to work. Those exposed to or exhibiting any sort of symptoms are being asked to stay home and self-quarantine.
• Any employees with recent travel to areas of risk are also being asked to stay home and provide social distancing.

These measures have been put into place to reduce the risk of spread and exposure of the COVID-19 virus. If you have a service appointment scheduled with us and you or a family member are symptomatic, been exposed or are ill, we ask that you call us to reschedule. We feel it is far better to be safe than sorry.

All of this being said, we are prepared and ready to continue to take care of your plumbing, heating and cooling needs.  Whether you need service work, a repair or project-based work completed. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
